The Control Yuan is making significant efforts to advance digital transition. By taking user needs as the starting point, the CY continues to optimize its systems to provide the people with an outstanding service experience.
The three service systems currently available online are the online complaint mailbox, the system for making reservations to file complaints by videoconferencing, and the system for making reservations to file complaints at counter. These three have been brought together around the concept of the “Single Account Shared Platform.” Once they have successfully registered an email account in any of these systems, members of the public can use any of the three systems with the same account. This eliminates the need to register and remember multiple sets of account passwords, reducing the burden on the users and improving system ease of use.
The public may make reservations online, fill in complaint information, and upload attachments, and when they arrive at the Control Yuan at the reserved time slot, they can enjoy priority reception without waiting. Electronic and paperless operation is making it easier and smoother than ever for the public to make their voices heard, while also saving money and protecting the environment.
Between its establishment in June 2022 and February 2023, this platform has served 47 people. The public can go to the website of the Control Yuan or scan the QR codes above and choose various complaint service systems according to their needs in order to accomplish the goal of accessible communication free of the obstacle of distance.
