※Many users complained that they couldn’t track
their letters to the Control Yuan of R.O.C. Our
investigations indicated that it was the result
of incorrect data entry; i.e. instead of entering
the email, they have used their username to logon
to the system. If you want to keep track on the
progress, please enter the email you used when
sending us your letters. Also, it is case-sensitive;
i.e. the same letter in upper or lower case is
treated as different codes.
