We are one of
five Yuans in central government of the Republic of China. According
to the Constitution and its Additional Articles, the Control Yuan
has the powers of impeachment, censure and audit. Besides, it may
take corrective measures against government organizations. Members
of the Control Yuan may accept people's petitions, inspect central
and local governments, make investigations, and supervise
examinations.
